iTravelstock Launches - Art Life Images' New 'Active Travel' Stock Photography Collection with Over 40,000 Stunning Images
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) September 29, 2008 -- Art Life Images releases its first major stock image collection since launching online in 2007. The iTravelstock collection addresses a growing trend of requests for "active travel" imagery, focusing on the features and characteristics of a location, but also including enthusiast activities that make the location a destination.
Chris DeLellis founder of Art Life Media, Inc. shares his excitement about the launch of the new stock photography collection, "We are exceptionally fortunate to have the opportunity to represent some of the finest and freshest professional stock travel and destination work out there today." DeLellis believes that publishers will appreciate the focus on "active travel", capturing travelers, hobbyists and adventurers, with "stock photos of them at their best and as part of some of the most breathtaking locations on the planet."
The iTravelstock collection initially launches on ArtLifeImages.com with over 40,000 images. Art Life Media will make the collection available for select distribution starting immediately. In 2009, Art Life will launch the independent iTravelstock.com site, which will feature unique search facilities and user interface tools focused on location-based research.
The iTravelstock collection is a Rights Managed collection and Art Life Media continues to grow its already exceptional Rights Managed file. In addition to iTravelstock, new additions include the creative collection Stella Stock, the beautifully austere Narratives collections, Greece-focused Icarus, and the vast and high quality Food and Drink and Drive Images collections. DeLellis explains, "Art Life Images remains committed to pursuing and representing these professional grade stock photo collections and artists, both for Rights Managed and Royalty Free licensing."
Shannon Routzahn, photo editor and founder of keywording services company WordsforImages.com. adds, "In building the iTravelstock collection, we took a premium approach to editing and artist recruitment." Routzahn and her team will continue to expand the collection, "I'm personally eager to see this stunning collection now reach photo art buyers and feel quite privileged to be working with Art Life Images and this talented group of photographers." She adds, "The iTravelstock stock images will be ideal for publishers in travel publishing, calendar and print design, home and framed decor, as well as for advertising usage".
The new iTravelstock collection can be previewed and licensed at http://www.iTravelstock.com and through the http://www.ArtLifeImages.com.website.
